At its meeting on 11.8.2023, the Board decided that it is necessary to change the statutes and adapt them to the changing needs and activities of CSVE. At the same time, the Board believes that only existing CSVE members should decide on the update of the statutes. In view of this fact and the fact that the approval of new applications for membership in CSVE falls within the competence of the Board, please note that with effect from 11. New members will be admitted with limited voting rights at the General Assembly until the approval of the update of the Statutes, at the latest until the adoption of a resolution at the Ordinary General Assembly of CSVE in 2024. I acknowledge this fact and, aware of the short-term limitation of voting rights, I hereby apply for membership in CSVE.
